Stage 1: Located on the ankle

Stage 2: Located on the side of foot with deeper tissue damage

Stage 3: Located on the front ball of the foot. Deeper penetration through the layers of the skin

Stage 4: Located on the heel of the foot. A large amount of penetration through multiple layers of skin, reaching to the muscle and bone.
